How to View Your Gallery and Order Prints | Our ShootProof Guide

Your photos are ready! This is the day you’ve been waiting for, so what do you need to know? How do you download your photos, order prints, and share them with friends and family? We’ll answer all of those questions for you.
We’re confident that you’ll have a great experience during your photo session, but obviously the real excitement begins the day you receive your images. We want ordering your photo prints to be as seamless as possible. That’s why we’ve chosen ShootProof as our digital file delivery system. Through your custom online gallery on ShootProof you’ll be able to view all of your delivered photos, select your favorites, download full resolution images, share your photos on social media and order a wide selection of products, including prints, canvas and metal wall art, and more.
Downloading Your Images
Full resolution images are available for you to download directly to your computer or mobile device with just the click of a button. If you’d like to download all of the images in your gallery at once, locate the ‘Download All’ link near the top of your gallery homepage. This will send an email to the address you provided when you logged into the gallery. Open that email and you'll find a link to download a .zip file containing all the images.
Ordering Prints
Your online gallery makes it possible for you to order high quality prints, wall art and other products, like buttons and magnets, without having to go to another third party website. Instead of jumping through the hoops of downloading files, choosing a print lab, uploading your files in their system and going through the ordering process, you can simply add photos to your cart, complete your payment and have them delivered straight to your door.
Pricing information can be found by clicking ‘Info’ at the top of your gallery, or any time you select ‘Buy Photo’ on an individual image. We currently offer everything from wallet size all the way up to 20” x 30” prints, various size canvases, metal prints, buttons and magnets.
When selecting a photo to order, you’ll be given the opportunity to easily adjust the crop, which will be necessary on any image other than a 4x6. Just reposition the red box over the main part of the image and don’t worry - every order that includes a cropped photo will be double checked by us before it’s submitted to the print lab.
After selecting the photos you want, you can proceed to checkout, enter your contact/shipping and credit card information and place your order. Below we’ll discuss what happens next and how your order is processed.
Receiving Your Order
Our print orders are fulfilled through Black River Imaging, which was started by a husband and wife team in 1971. BRI allows us to offer you professional quality photos that you’ll love at a reasonable price. These are the same products we’ve personally chosen to display in our home. In their own words: “We work to create products that look and feel good in your hands or on a wall. High quality shouldn’t mean high prices.”
Once your order is submitted and reviewed by us it will be handled by BRI. Typical turnaround time for prints is 1-2 business days. Other products may take a day longer. Your order will then be shipped directly to you from BRI’s lab.
Sharing Your Photos
What good are your photos if you can’t share them with others? The ‘Share’ button located near the top of your gallery and also visible on each photo will let you share your gallery directly to Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest. While we’re on this topic, don’t forget to give us a shoutout on Instagram @jlbyersphoto when you post your favorite photos! You can find and tag us on Facebook and Pinterest too!
Special Requests
Do you have something particular in mind that you didn’t see available in your gallery? Please let us know! We’ve made sure to offer the most commonly sought after products, but to avoid making the selection process overwhelming we don’t list every single product available. If there’s anything you’re interested in ordering just get in touch with us and we will assist in fulfilling your request. For example, Black River Imaging offers mounting options for your prints including artboard, styrene and foamboard and can even add a variety of textures to your prints, for a more dramatic look and added durability.
